The best quality 

The material aluminum is very light in weight and also rust-free, making it particularly suitable for garden furniture. At Apple Bee, we sometimes create collections entirely from aluminum, but usually, we use aluminum in combination with other materials. By adding the unique properties of these other materials - such as wicker, teak wood, and rope - to those of lightweight aluminum, the garden furniture benefits from the best of both worlds. For the base frames of almost all our furniture, we use aluminum because it is lighter than steel and wear-resistant. In woven furniture, our Biculair® weaving thread is woven around the aluminum frame. We produce these aluminum tubes in-house. This way, we can always determine the ideal tube shape and wall thickness. 

Powder-coated aluminum 

With or without weaving, we powder-coat all our aluminum frames. This process is environmentally friendly and involves no chemicals. Powder coating creates a layer that protects the material from various weather influences. This way, we achieve two goals at once: a beautiful color for the frame and the best quality.
